Our Mission
At T&C Caring Hands, it is our mission to make a positive impact on every life we encounter by creating a safe and trusting environment. It is our obligation to provide adequate services for all clients and serve as a support system for their loved ones. Our goal is to serve and improve the quality of life by helping our clients remain independent in the comfort of their homes or residences. At T&C Caring Hands our responsibility is to provide ongoing teaching and education for the clients, their loved ones and employees. Our Services
We offer a range of non-clinical home health care services, including assistance with ADL’s, light housekeeping, meal preparation, companionship, chore work, assistance with errands, overnight and live in services. Our services are tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual, and we work closely with families and caregivers to ensure that our clients receive the best possible care.
